Terms & Conditons

At The Crazy Daisy Co, we value transparency and want to ensure that our customers have a great experience with us. Therefore, it's essential that you read and understand our terms and conditions before booking. 

Service Agreement

By booking with us, the Customer agrees to the following Conditions of Hire. 

Responsibilities: 

It is the the Customer’s responsibility to liaise with venue owners if the cart is to be used on a licensed premise. We are fully insured and our staff are RSA certified.

 

All customers must provide their own alcohol. (A alcohol recommendation guide will be sent to you with further instructions) 

Weather:

When on site our cart must be protected from wet or damaging weather.

Responsible
Service:

The Crazy Daisy Co is dedicated to the responsible service and use of alcohol. When you book our services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our policies. Any violations of the approved alcohol service or inappropriate conduct arising from excessive alcohol consumption may lead to disciplinary measures.

Payment:

A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total order, must be submitted to confirm the order. This payment secures all rental items specified in the customer's invoice. Orders will only be considered confirmed upon the full payment of the deposit. 

 

The invoice remains valid for 7 days from the date of issue to the customer before the items may be released to other customers.

 

The remaining balance must be settled 14 days before the event. We are able to process payments  through bank transfer, cash or PayPal (payments made through PayPal will incur a service charge of 2.6% of total transaction cost which is payable by the Customer.) 

Changes &
Cancellations:

Modifications to orders, such as additions, substitutions, and reductions, can be requested up to 30 days before the customer's event. The availability of additions and substitutions is subject to stock availability. 

Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the event will incur a 50% charge of the total hire cost. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event date, will be charged 100% of the total hire cost. 

Parking:

The customer is responsible for all incurred parking fees. 

Liability:

The Crazy Daisy Co Assumes no liability for injuries to individuals or damages to the customer's property arising from our services.

The Crazy Daisy Co reserves the right to change these Conditions at any time.
